To lose fat stomach and have a flat and sexy tummy, it is important that you have to deal with that stubborn layer of fat in your belly first. These are not good sources of carbohydrates. These cause bloating, poor digestion, and storing of more body fat.

Choose healthier carbs instead, such as oats, brown rice and sweet potatoes. They are complex carbs that are far healthier than simple carbohydrates.

Make sure that your meals contain a good helping of protein, complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Much of your energy source should from organic foods.

Once you have already settled your diet plans and have already established a healthy eating habit, it is now time to take care of your body by getting involved in a physical activity. Get off that couch, and hit that nearest gym. If you do not know your way in the gym then seek help from a fitness trainer and he will help you learn the basics of weight lifting and exercise in general.

If you make this a regular habit, you would lose fat stomach faster than you have ever hoped for.
